The Municipality of Naples, owner of the property Villa De Luca, situated in via Nuova S. Rocco, subject to conservation order issued by Soprintendenza ai Beni Architettonici, Ambientali e Paesaggistici di Na- poli e Provincia, has commissioned to CIBeC the specialised task of identifying interventions of extraor- dinary maintenance for the re-establishment of the property’s static and functional status.
