OBJECTIVES
- Indicators of natural and anthropic vulnerability identified for the archaeological built heritage in the ancient cities of Cuma and Paestum
- Techniques and methods enabling the definition and realization of a mobile diagnosis laboratory
- Requisites identified for the definition of some Rules of the Art and Guidelines for safety, conservation, maintenance and enhancement of the historical and archaeological built heritage
- Methods, equipment and criteria for the mobile laboratory
- Methodologies, skills and procedures ensuring the conservation of the historical and archaeological built heritage
- Data-base of specific information for museums concerning utility systems
PHASES
Constructive analysis to identify conservation criteria
- Graphic and technological analysis to identify conservation criteria.
- Design and implementation of a mobile laboratory (see pictures below on pages 44-45)
- Analysis of microclimatic and electrical factors to identify conservation criteria
- Equipment for structural diagnosis:
- flat jacks; modular endoscope; deformometer and fessurimeters; thermograph; ultrasound system; corrosion detector; pullout; georadar; FBMA system; vibrometric control unit; dynamic acquisition system
- Equipment for acquisition of architectonic and archaeological data:
- Leica total station TCR 1205-R300;
- Equipment for climatization systems:
- monitoring systems equipped with sensors, trasmitters and control units suitable for acquiring data relating to temperature, relative humidity and air speed
- Equipment for lighting systems:
- monitoring system with radio link to control unit for measuring lighting levels, ultraviolet irradiation, surface temperatures, air temperature and relative humidity
